1. Terms and Conditions
1.1. Service Provision: W.D.Designz provides domain registration and hosting services, including the option of free WordPress installation upon request.
1.2. Payment Obligations:

• Yearly domain registration and renewal fee: R99.00 per year.
• Monthly hosting package: R99.00 per month (compulsory). This includes for our Limited offer special for R39.99 per month package.
  1.3. Service Suspension: Failure to make the required monthly hosting payment will result in the suspension or termination of services, as outlined in the disclaimer.
  1.4. Reconnection Fee: A fee of R799.00 will apply to reactivate suspended or terminated services.
  1.5. Customer Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for ensuring payments are made on time and that their contact details remain up to date.

2. Disclaimer
2.1. Non-Payment: If the monthly hosting payment is not made, W.D.Designz reserves the right to deactivate or terminate the domain and associated services without prior notice.
2.2. Reconnection Terms: A reconnection fee of R799.00 must be paid in full to restore services.
2.3. Service Interruptions: W.D.Designz is not liable for data loss, downtime, or any inconvenience caused by the suspension or termination of services due to non-payment.
2.4. Changes to Terms: W.D.Designz reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to stay informed of any changes.

3. POPI Act Compliance
3.1. Data Protection: W.D.Designz complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) to ensure the safe handling and processing of your personal data.
3.2. Data Usage: Personal information collected is used solely for service provision, communication, and billing purposes.
3.3. Data Security: Your data will be securely stored and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
