Privacy Policy
1. Personal Information Collection:
W.D.Designz collects personal information such as names, contact details (email addresses, phone numbers), and business information (e.g., company name and property listings) to create and maintain real estate agent portfolio websites.

2. Use of Personal Information:
The information collected is used exclusively for building, maintaining, and updating the client’s real estate portfolio website. This includes communication about website updates, domain renewals, and service changes.

3. Third-Party Services:
W.D.Designz works with third-party services for hosting and domain registration. While these services may have access to client information, they are governed by their privacy policies.

4. Property Listings:
Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of property listings. All listings must comply with South African laws, including the Property Practitioners Act and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

5. Security Measures:
W.D.Designz implements technical measures to protect client data but requires clients to safeguard their login credentials and ensure secure access to their websites.

6. Amendments to the Privacy Policy:
This policy may be updated, and clients will be informed of significant changes affecting their data processing.

Disclaimer
1. Ownership of Website Design and Content:
The website design and associated content remain the property of W.D.Designz until all payments are completed. Domains ownership will be amended to the purchaser once they have paid hosting fees for 1 year. Ownership rights transfer only upon full payment of the design and 1 years hosting fees.

2. Domain Registration and Hosting:
Clients are responsible for yearly domain registration fees (starting at R99 per year for a .co.za domain) and monthly hosting fees (R99 per month).

3. Property Listings:
The package includes up to 10 property listings. Additional listings incur extra charges. Client-requested changes outside the pre-approved template are charged at R450.00 per hour, payable upfront.

4. Termination of Services:
If payments are not made as agreed, W.D.Designz may suspend the website and retain all design and content rights until full payment is received.

5. Structural Design Changes:
Changes to structural elements or artwork requested by clients are billed at R450.00 per hour, payable upfront.

6. Payment Plans and Ownership:
Clients opting for payment plans must adhere to the agreed schedule. Ownership of the website remains with W.D.Designz until the final payment. As well as hosting the website with us for 1 calendar year. In case of default:

• W.D.Designz reserves the right to deactivate the website.
• A reconnection fee of R250.00 applies for reactivation. Paid upfront before activation will occur.
• Clients are liable for the full payment as agreed, excluding amounts already paid.

7. Payment Options:

Business Card/Mini Website

Option 1: R499.00 Once off

All changes made after completion will be charged at the our current hourly rate.

One Page Real Estate Portfolio:

• Option 1: R999.00 Once Off
• Option 2: (R499.00) Deposit & (R499.00) On Completion
• All changes made after completion will be charged at the our current hourly rate.

5 Page Real Estate Portfolio:

• Option 1: R3999.00 Once Off
• Option 2: R2100.00 Deposit & R2100.00 in 30 days
• Option 3: R1500.00 Deposit & R1500.00 in 2 Monthly Installments
• Option 4: R1000.00 Deposit & R1000.00 in 4 Monthly Installments
• All changes made after completion will be charged at the our current hourly rate.

8. Online Legal Agreement:
By accepting the terms and conditions through the form provided, the client acknowledges and agrees that this constitutes a legally binding online agreement. The client further confirms they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms outlined herein.

8b. Client Access & Third-Party Intervention

By requesting administrative access to your website’s WordPress dashboard, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

1. Termination of Design & Development Services
   Requesting WordPress login credentials is considered a formal indication that you no longer require W.D.Designz’s professional website design, development, and ongoing support services. As such, W.D.Designz relinquishes all responsibility for any issues, errors, downtime, security breaches, or loss of functionality that may arise following third-party access to your website.
2. Proprietary & Licensed Plugins
   W.D.Designz provides certain premium plugins and tools as part of our service offering to active clients. These include, but are not limited to:
   • Premium SEO plugin
   • Google Search Console submission tools
   • SSL certificate enhancements
   These plugins are licensed to W.D.Designz and remain the property of our company. They are non-transferable and will not be handed over upon client request for login details or transfer of hosting.
3. Transfer & Hosting Policy
   We do not permit external access to our servers or WordPress dashboard while the website is hosted with us. Should a client wish to take over hosting or management, we require:
   • Details of the alternative hosting provider for secure transfer
   • Full upfront payment of any remaining hosting fees due for the current annual period, in accordance with the client’s existing domain registration and hosting agreement

By proceeding with a request for access or transfer, the client agrees to these terms and waives all future claims against W.D.Designz for changes or damages caused post-handover.

9. Legal Compliance:
This agreement is governed by South African law, including the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) and POPIA. Disputes shall be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
